Terms & Conditions

All students pay for a 9-week coaching term and they will receive 9 lessons. In the case of missed (if coach notified) lessons make up classes will be arranged. Coaches will attempt to match the students as best they can according age and ability, this may result in being given the option to change classes.

Inclement Weather
In cases of inclement weather Flic Tennis will not take students inside and conduct; tennis rules classes, questionnaire classes etc, any classes lost due to weather are to be caught up on alternative night during the term.

Make up Lessons
Lessons that are lost due to personal reasons (camp, illness, family circumstances etc…) can be made up on another day. Please speak with your coach to arrange a suitable time to make up a class. Make up lessons are only valid if prior notice of 24 hours is provided – charges will apply if you fail to turn up to a lesson without notification.
*It is not possible to deduct missed lessons from your account (our costs eg. Wages, balls, court hire, and insurance remain the same.)

Private lessons
Failure to notify your Coach within 24 hrs will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25) "late cancellation fee". Failure to turn up for your lesson without notification incurs the full amount for the lesson. This charge will be added to your next lesson or from your pre-paid lessons.
